RYSI is proud to bring softball to Basking Ridge.  RYSI Softball offers our girls to play in both a recreation and travel softball league. Moreover, we are feeder program for both the middle and high school programs.  We collaborate with the High School coaches to make sure the girls are learning what they need to play at the next level. 

The Recreation program is "NEW" for 2017.  Everyone makes a team.  We will field teams (evenly balanced) in three divisions - Minors, Majors, and Seniors.  Season will end with playoffs, All-Star game, and Championship game.

The Travel Softball League will require a high level of commitment throughout each season. We want these teams to be successful, and the best way to be successful is to play together on a consistent basis in order to build strong team chemistry. It is essential that the girls that make the teams are committed to playing on the team by making the practices and games. Everyone will get an equal opportunity to play, build their skills, and knowledge of softball. Players will be placed on one of two teams - A or B based winter workout program and one day evaluations. Players placed on any one of the teams will receive the same strong foundation in softball regardless of team placement.
