Every cheer family is required to do 2 hours of volunteer time for cheerleading only. You will need to hand in a check at uniform day (June 2nd) dated December 1, 2018 and made payable to Ridge Youth Sports in the amount of $100. If you complete your volunteer hours we will shred your check after December 1st and if you do not we will deposit it. If you have more than one cheerleader it is just the $100 or 2 hours per family - not per cheerleader.
If you prefer not to volunteer your time you have the option of paying $100 at the time of registration with your credit card and you will not be required to volunteer.
If you also have a football player please note that this year football and cheerleading have separate work bonds and you will be required to do both or pay to opt out of cheerleading work bond.
If you will be coaching a cheer team you do not need to give us a work bond check.
