Ridge Youth Softball is the softball branch of Ridge Youth Sports Inc. Our mission is to provide a safe, competitive, and empowering environment where young softball players can develop much more than just their skills on the field. While they are mastering the fundamentals of the game, they are also learning vital life lessons in teamwork, resilience, confidence, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Because of our partners, our league has seen incredible success and growth over the past few years. Last year was a milestone for us:
- Record Participation: We fielded over 150 players in our Recreational program, ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade.
- Thriving Travel Program: Our Travel program saw multiple teams across the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age groups.
- Off-Season Development: To keep our players engaged, we spent this winter hosting pitching and catching clinics, general skills workshops, and team practices to ensure our athletes hit the ground running this Spring.
Our 2026 Goals: Where Your Funding Goes
This year, we have identified three critical projects that require community support:
- Uniforms: Our travel teams represent the pride of Ridge. We are seeking funds to provide high-quality, durable uniforms that ensure our girls look and feel like a cohesive unit when competing across the region.
- Sustainable Growth: With 150+ rec players and 75+ travel players, your contributions help keep registration fees affordable, ensuring every child has the opportunity to play.
