2023 Flag Football Schedule Information Page
We are planning to have a mini-training camp and Player evaluations for our 2/3 and 4/5 Divisions - on Wednesday, August 30th at 6:00pm - on Mountain Park #1 (grass field). We plan to have the players cycle through some skill sessions so the coaches can get an idea of basic play and fundamental levels so we can organize fairly-balanced teams. Please have your player wear a shirt where you can either print his or her last name on the back, or feel free to use masking or some other type of tape. Please print their last name large enough so the coaches will be able to read as they run through the drills.
Saturday, September 9th - Regular Season begins at Mountain Park
All players practice with their teams.
K & 1st: Monday practices, & Wednesday games and Saturday games.
Monday night practices 6:00 - 7:15 pm on Mountain Park Field #8.
No practice/games on Saturday, September 16th
Wednesday night games 6:00-7:15 on Mountain Park Field #8.
Saturday games 8:30 - 9:30 am on Mountain Park Turf Field.
For the month of September, the players will play 3 days/week. In October, they will drop to 2 days.
Season Ends October 30th
NFL 2/3: Monday practices & Wednesday games & Saturday games

No practice/games on Saturday, September 16th
Wednesday night practices 6:00-7:15 on Mountain Park Turf Field #3.

Season Ends October 30th **This may be extended if weather does not cooperate.
**If your player needs to miss Practice on Yom Kippur on Monday, September 25th, please let your coach know. There are no penalties for missing a practice for religious holidays.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS: K-1 10/13, 5:30-6:30pm at Ridge High School
2-3 9/22 , 6-8pm at Ridge High School ***This has been postponed -- new possible date is 9/30. Stay tuned!
4-5 10/13, 7-9pm at Ridge High School
