Ridge Youth Sports, Inc. has partnered with the Kirst Brothers, one of the most well-known lacrosse families in the country, to lead our Winter Boys Lacrosse Clinic right here at Ridge High School.
  
About the Kirst Brothers
The Kirst Brothers. (Colin and Cole) are widely respected across the lacrosse community for both their accomplishments and their approach to player development. You can learn more about their background here:

                   • Colin is regarded as one of the top collegiate goalies of his era, earning All-American honors at Rutgers.
                   • Cole excelled at both Lehigh and Syracuse and has represented the U.S. internationally.
  
Both are known for their energy, passion for coaching, and ability to teach the game in a way that players of all levels can absorb and apply immediately. Their involvement brings a caliber of instruction rarely available at the youth level—which is why this program is being offered at a premium.  The Kirst Brothers bring an infectious energy and attention to detail that we know will elevate our players’ skills, confidence, and love of the game.

Winter Clinic Details
  
Location: Ridge High School – Back Gym
Grades: Kindergarten through 8th Grade
Time: 1 hour sessions between 7:00–9:00 PM (time varies by grade group)
Begins: December 8
Cost: $80 per session
Families now have three registration options, linked below.
                   1. 5-Session Option ($400) – For grades scheduled for 5 sessions (see below)
                   2. 4-Session Option ($320) – For grades scheduled for 4 sessions (see below)

                   3. Inidivdual Sessions ($80) – Select individual dates that align with your schedule and player’s grade.

For individual session participants, we can provide equipment to reduce costs for families—especially for players who want to try lacrosse before making a full commitment or purchasing gear.

Each age group’s session will be tailored to developmental level, with a strong focus on fundamentals that are essential at every stage of the sport, including:
