2026 Spring and Summer Travel Softball

Tryout is tentatively set for March 14 (Saturday) @ The Arena (Boonton, NJ):

- 8U: 5:30 - 6:30 PM

- 10U: 6:00 - 7:30 PM

- 12U: 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Finalized tryout plans will be emailed to those who are registered.

Ridge Youth Softball is planning to form teams at the following levels, depending on the number of players registered, skill level and availability of coaches/managers:

12U: Players born between September 1st, 2012, and August 31st, 2014.

10U A/B: Players born between September 1st, 2014, and August 31st, 2016.

8U A/B: Players born on or after September 1st, 2016.

There is NO COST to attend the tryout.

Once selected, team fees will vary based on the number of tournaments and the type of leagues that the team is participating in.

As a reference: Historically, Spring and Summer fees (Mid-March through end of July) is approximately $600 - $800 total.

We are on a new uniform cycle. All players that are expected to purchase new uniforms. Sizing kits will be available during Winter Training and at the tryouts.

Uniform cost is approximately $150 - $175, and includes 2 jerseys (home and away), 1 pair of pants, 1 pair of socks, and a belt.
